  Q. How to change password?    
A. First, log in your profile with 6 digits password given in your reset password email. Next, click into your profile on the top right hand corner, click on change password. The rest proceed as usual.
 
  Q. What are your delivery options?    
A. We deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia. You can view the shipping charges by selecting your delivery state after putting the items in your shopping cart. Delivery is RM10 per trip for Peninsular destinations (except Langkawi) for parcel below 10kg. For self collect at our store, ZERO shipping fee will be imposed.

How to select self-collect option?
1. During Check out when filling in billing details, under STATE drop down list, select the Self Collect option. The shipping charges for this option should be FREE.
 
  Q. What are your payment options?    
A. We take payment using the following options:
  • eGHL
  • Credit/debit card including Mastercard, Visa and American Express
  • Cash (Self collect)
  • Fund Transfer (local bank)

  Q. Are your card processing methods secure?    
A. Card transactions are processed by eGHL secure servers. We do not capture card details on our own site. We do not retain your card details in any format.
 
  Q. How do I know if my order has been received?    
A. You should receive an automatic email confirmation from us once your payment has been processed and a confirmation from either eGHL to confirm a successful transaction. If you do not receive any type of confirmation via email and are concerned if we have received your order please call us at +6012-239 9853 or email us at admin@kahuha.com and we will confirm if we have received your order.
 
  Q. What if I miss my delivery?    
In the event that there is no one available to receive your items during the scheduled time slot, our delivery team will return the items to our warehouse and arrange a new delivery time with you, with a restocking fee of either 15% for orders valued below $800 or $150 for orders valued $800 and above; however, you may reschedule your delivery without any extra charges provided that you do so at least 5 business days before the scheduled delivery, and if you are unable to be present yourself, you may designate someone else to receive the goods on your behalf, but please ensure that they inspect the items and premises before accepting the delivery.
 
  Q. How are my items being delivered?    
Rest assured that your delivery will be expertly handled by our reliable delivery partners, who will take great care in safely packing and transporting your item.
 
For furniture deliveries, we entrust the job to our specialized furniture delivery partners, who will dispatch a two-person delivery team to move the items to your desired room, unpack, assemble, and dispose of any rubbish.
 
On the other hand, if your order consists solely of accessories and homeware items such as rugs, poufs, cushions, lighting fixtures, and so forth, it will be delivered by our parcel delivery partners, with no provision for unpacking, assembly, or relocation to a specific room.
 
Our delivery partners will usually provide an estimated timing of arrival and they would inform you prior to arrival. Do keep a lookout on delivery day.
 
Tracking of Delivery

Staircase Delivery
Please note that for delivery locations that require items to be carried up stairs, an additional charge of $50 per floor will apply.
This fee is necessary to cover the additional labor and time required to transport the items safely and securely to the desired location.
Please inform us ahead of time if your delivery location requires items to be carried up stairs, so that we may make the necessary arrangements and provide an accurate quote for any additional fees.
 
  Q. How do I receive a tax invoice?    
A. Your tax invoice is normally dispatched with your goods. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a tax invoice with your goods, please contact us and we will immediately provide a replacement.
 
  Q. Can I collect my order?    
A. You are welcome to collect your order from us; however, you must contact us for arrangement/appointment prior to pick up.

  Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?    
A. Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
  • Please send an email at admin@kahuha.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
  • Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
